Items in the package do not rent separately.
Reservations are for a specified backdrop and date and are confirmed upon receipt of a $100 deposit. Payment in full is required three days prior to the event.
Setup requires up to three hours. Shorter setups may be accommodated by special arrangement. Setup service does not include moving chairs or tables in or out of cultural halls - sites must be cleared of unwanted furniture prior to setup.
Cleanup begins no later than 9:00 p.m. We require one hour to remove decorations before you begin cleaning or rearranging the hall. We remove our decorations. You clean the hall. All items are provided for use during the event and must be surrendered at cleanup.

** "Decorated" refers to lighted garlands with flowers, ribbons, and bows in the color of your choosing.
